I had the opportunity to work at NASA JPL supporting the Enterprise Business Information Services Division creating complex data visualizations and dashboards.
I defined research plans, led a design/research effort, created graphics, and synthesized research into artifacts, recommendations and high-fidelity prototypes.
I have learned a lot about communication, accessibility, and consistency from collaborating with UX designers, developers, and management.
DESIGN
Enterprise Business Information Services (EBIS) Website Identities
Designed identities used for each group in Enterprise Business Information Services Division (EBIS) to distinguish groups. Each represent an important and notable quality or characteristic of each group. Presentation templates were created for each respective group containing the iconography and imagery.
Proxima Design System
Refreshed EBIS application design system, Proxima. Reduced colors by 95% to prevent choice fatigue and help developers use templates and styles easier.
JPL Services Redesign
JPL Services is a repository where users can search and view different task orders for NASA Service Centers. Redesigned dashboard, forms, and navigation.
RESEARCH
Observability Project
Led research effort for Observability solution. Defined research plan, conducted focus groups, round tables, and user interviews. Synthesized research into recommendations.

Conducted stakeholder interviews for multiple research efforts for cloud and contract management applications. Synthesized research into recommendations.
